After some tests carried out with Xbox Insiders users, Microsoft finally launches its first large set of artificial intelligence tools (AI) for Xbox, starting with the introduction of animated customer support chatbot.

Second The penisChatbot will be fueled by AI models and will allow players to resolve common questions without the need for a human agent, bringing a new form of personalized interaction with the online support system.

In addition to chatbot, Microsoft improves the Xbox panel with new natural language research features, also powered by AI.

This will allow users to search for games and content more intuitively, such as the search for “children’s puzzle games”, as well as correct strike errors or acronyms. This update is part of the wider effort to integrate AI with the Xbox ecosystem.

AI can help Microsoft in future Xbox games

  • Microsoft explored the use of AI in games thanks to partnerships, such as the one he did with Inworld IA, to develop tools that allow the creation of characters and missions with AI technology;
  • Although these features are still at an early stage, Microsoft gradually plans to extend the use of AI in its game initiatives;
  • This movement occurs at a time when the competitor Sony launched the PS5 Pro with the super resolution PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, the scaling function powered by AI.

Microsoft also said that in the future, it can launch a more advanced Xbox, driven by AI, promising a big technical jump to next generation consoles. These developments reflect Microsoft’s strategy to integrate AI into its products, creating faster and more personalized user experiences.
